摘  要:变频器由于性能稳定、性价比高,作为最主要的调速装置得到广泛应用。但变频器的接入会在电网侧与设备侧产生谐波,对设备运行及生产造成影响。常用的滤波器仅针对电网侧或设备侧单侧治理,未综合考虑谐波影响,而胜利油田目前只有少量滤波器在用,且处于比较粗旷的管理,谐波治理仍存在较大问题。综合考虑变频器输入、输出端谐波情况,同时考虑井场新能源接入问题,研制了超低谐波变频器及SiC滤波装置,主要阐述了滤波装置选型、主要元器件设计计算、控制算法优选等内容。通过搭建实验平台,加工试验样机,对变频器输出电流电动机效率进行了测试,并应用于现场抽油机井30井次,应用效果良好。The frequency converter is widely used as the main speed regulating device because of its stable performance and high cost performance.However,the connection of frequency converter will be produced harmonics in the power grid and equipment side,which will affect the operation and production of equipment.The filters often used are only for single-side treatment on the power grid side or the equipment side,without comprehensive consideration of harmonic effects.However,only a small number of filters are currently in use in Shengli oilfield,and are under relatively sloppy management,hence leading to the fact that the harmonic treatment is still big problems.Taking into account the harmonics at the input and output of the frequency converter,as well as the new energy access problem of well site,the ultra-low harmonic frequency converter and SiC filter device are developed.The selection of filter device,the design and calculation of main components,the optimization of control algorithm and other contents are described.By building experimental platform and processing experimental prototype,the output current of frequency converter and motor efficiency are tested and applied to 30 well times of pumping unit on site with good application effect.
