摘　　要：对企业节能降碳如何发展、怎么发展等问题进行思考,明确了大力践行低成本开发转型,探索碳中和发展路径,加快新能源产业发展等方面进行分析。提出完善能耗顶层设计,抓实“一降一控两减”,提升能源管控能力和管控手段;摸清企业能耗及碳排放发展状况,编制碳中和建设规划,逐步落实“十四五”发展目标任务;立足新能源产业技术,加快光伏发电项目布局,推进光热、余热、地热等综合利用,规划特色发展模式,加快绿色低碳高质量发展探索实践。Some problems including what and how to develop energy conservation and carbon reduction for enterprises have been reflecting.And it makes clear that we should greatly implement low cost development and transformation,explore the development path of carbon neutrality,and accelerate the development of new energy industry.It is proposed to improve the top-level design of energy consumption,focus on "one reduction,one control and two reductions",and improve energy control capacity and control means.What's more,finding out the development status of energy consumption and carbon emissions of enterprises and preparing the construction plan of carbon neutrality is gradually implement the development goals and tasks of the " the 14th Five-Year Plan".Even more to the point,it is necessary to firmly stand the new energy industry technology,which accelerates the layout of photovoltaic power generation projects,promotes the comprehensive utilization of solar heat,waste heat,geothermal energy and so on,design the characteristic development mode,and quickens the exploration and practice of green,low-carbon and high-quality development.
