摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术探讨房定亚教授治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床用药规律。方法:收集2014年10月至2019年12月在中国中医科学院西苑医院房定亚教授特需门诊就诊的78例急性痛风性关节炎患者的中药处方,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)临床采集系统,录入数据,采用复杂系统熵聚类、关联规则算法等数据挖掘的方法,分析房定亚教授治疗急性痛风性关节炎的组方特点和用药规律。结果:共纳入中药处方78首,辨证以湿热阻络为主,涉及药物93味,使用频次﹥30次的药物有葛根、土茯苓、车前草、马齿苋、玄参等9味,获得置信度为1的药物组合24个,提取核心药物组合8个,挖掘潜在治疗新处方4首。结论:房定亚教授治疗急性痛风性关节炎以清热利湿为主,佐以活血通络,体现其辨病与辨证相结合,专病专方治疗疾病的思想。Objective:To explore Professor FANG Ding-ya's medication rules in treating acute gouty arthritis based on data mining.Methods:Seventy-eight TCM prescriptions for patients with acute gouty arthritis were collected,treated by Professor FANG Ding-ya from Xiyuan Hospital,Chinese Academy of Chinese Medicinal Sciences from October 2014 to December 2019.The clinical collection system of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)was used to input data.Data mining methods such as complex system entropy clustering and association rule algorithm were used to analyze Professor FANG Ding-ya's prescription characteristics and medication rules in treating acute gout.Results:A total of 78 TCM prescriptions were included,with the main syndrome differentiation being dampness and heat blocking collaterals.Ninety-three medicinals were involved,and 9 of them were used more than 30 times,i.e.Gegen(Radix Puerariae Lobatae),Tufuling(Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae),Cheqiancao(Herba Plantaginis),Machixian(Herba Portulacae)and Xuanshen(Radix Scrophulariae).Twenty-four medicinal combinations with a confidence level of 1 were obtained,8 core medicinal combinations were extracted,and 4 potential new treatment formulas were explored.Conclusion:In the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,Professor FANG Ding-ya mainly focuses on clearing heat and promoting dampness,supplemented by promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals,reflecting his idea of combining disease and syndrome differentiation,and treating diseases with specialized prescriptions.
