摘　　要：本文系统介绍和分析了《档案馆指南编制规范》的内容,说明了其主要特点,明确了其理论价值与实践意义,并对“年代”和“年度”的区分问题、修订完善问题、档案行业“推荐性标准”能否作为司法裁定依据等问题提出了相应的建议。This paper systematically introduces and analyzes the content of the Compilation Standard of Ar⁃chives Guide,explains its main characteristics,clarifies its theoretical value and practical significance,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the distinction between"years"and"year",the revision and improve⁃ment,and whether the"recommended standards"of ar⁃chives industry can be used as the basis for judicial adju⁃dication.
