摘  要:水平连铸是锡磷青铜板坯生产的主要方式,凝固过程在结晶器内部进行,故凝固过程一直是“黑匣子”,为探索水平连铸工艺参数变化对铸坯凝固行为的影响规律,建立冷却参数与铸坯宏观组织之间的内在关系,本文对水平连铸锡磷青铜合金凝固过程中的晶粒生长进行准确建模并分析,研究牵引机拉速对铸坯温度场和凝固组织的影响。结果表明:铸坯出口温度随牵引机拉速增加而线性增加;提高牵引机拉速会使凝固位置外移、糊状区宽度增加、液穴深度增加,晶粒生长方向与牵引方向的夹角增大,心部等轴晶数目增加以及晶粒平均尺寸减小。Horizontal continuous casting is the main method of producing tin-phosphor bronze slabs.The solidification process was carried out inside the mold,so the solidification process has always been a "black box".In order to explore the influence of horizontal continuous casting process parameters on the solidification behavior of the slab,and establish the intrinsic relationship between the parameters and the macrostructure of the billet,the grain growth during the solidification process of the horizontal continuous casting tin-phosphor bronze alloy was accurately modeled and analyzed,and the effect of the pulling speed of tractor on the temperature field and the solidification structure of the slab was studied.The results show that the outlet temperature of the slab increases linearly with the increase of the pulling speed of tractor,increasing the pulling speed of tractor will make the solidification position move outward,the width of the mushy zone increases,and the depth of the liquid cavity increases,and the angle between the grain growth direction and the pulling direction increases,where as the number of equiaxed grains in the center increases and the average grain size decreases.
