摘 要:通过末端淬火方法研究7075合金、7055合金、7150合金和7185合金等四种铝合金厚板的淬透性,采用透射电子显微镜对微观组织进行分析。结果表明:7075合金、7055合金、7150合金和7185合金等四种合金两端的硬度差值分别为30%、14%、12%和8%,淬透层深度分别为25 mm、45 mm、63 mm和100 mm以上。四种合金析出相的尺寸及面积分数均随冷却速率的降低而增加;7185合金总的晶格畸变能最小,析出相的尺寸最小且数量最少,因此淬透性最好;与7185合金相比较,7055合金和7150合金总的晶格畸变能均较高,析出相的尺寸大且数量也较多,合金的淬透性较差;7075合金总的晶格畸变能最大且晶内存在非共格的E(Al_(18)Cr_(2)Mg_(3))相,析出相数量最多且尺寸较7150合金的大,因此淬透性最差。The hardenability of four aluminum alloy thick plates,AA7075,AA7055,AA7150 and AA7185,was studied by end quenching method,and the microstructure was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the hardness difference between the ends of quenched AA7075,AA7055,AA7150and AA7185 alloys are 30%,14%,12% and 8%,respectively;and the depths of hardened layer in four alloys were 25 mm,45 mm,63 mm and 100 mm,respectively.The sizes and area fractions of precipitates in the alloys increase with the cooling rate decreasing.Among the four alloys,AA7185 alloy has the smallest total lattice distortion energy and the smallest size and quantity of precipitated phase,so its hardenability is the best.Compared with AA7185 alloy,the total lattice distortion energies of AA7055 and AA7150 alloys are higher,the size and quantity of precipitated phases are larger,and the hardenability of the alloys is poor.The total lattice distortion of AA7075 alloy is the largest among four alloys and there is a non-coherent E(Al_(18)Cr_(2)Mg_(3)) phase in the matrix,and it has the largest amount of precipitated phase and the size is larger than that of AA7150 alloy,which results in the worst hardenability.
