摘 要:为研究玻璃纤维钢渣排水沥青混合料的室内路用性能,首先通过体积法用钢渣替代60%的4.75~16 mm玄武岩粗集料,采用飞散试验与析漏试验测定沥青混合料最佳沥青用量,然后选用长度为9 mm的玻璃纤维,对玻璃纤维掺量(质量分数)为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的沥青混合料进行相关路用性能试验。结果表明:适量玻璃纤维改善了混合料的动稳定度、残留稳定度、飞散损失、浸水飞散损失、最大弯拉应变与体积稳定性,玻璃纤维虽然会对冻融劈裂强度比产生不利影响,但是依旧达到了排水沥青混合料的规范要求。通过分析玻璃纤维钢渣排水沥青混合料路用性能,同时考虑纤维分散情况和经济效益,建议玻璃纤维掺量为0.1%。In order to study the performance of glass fiber steel slag drainage asphalt mixture in indoor road,steel slag was employed to replace 60%volume ratio of 4.75-16 mm coarse basalt aggregate,and the optimal asphalt dosage of asphalt mixture was obtained by raveling test and draindown test.Using 9 mm length of glass fiber as model material,the road performance test of asphalt mixture with glass fiber dosage(mass fraction)of 0,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%was carried out.The results show that the proper amount of glass fiber can improve the dynamic stability,residual stability,raveling loss,immersion raveling loss,maximum bending strain and volume stability of the mixture.Although the glass fiber brings adversely affect to the freezing-thawing splitting strength ratio,the requirements of the drainage asphalt mixture specification can still be satisfied.By analyzing the performance of the glass fiber steel slag drainage asphalt mixture in road,as well as considering the fiber dispersion and economic benefits,the recommended glass fiber dosage is 0.1%.
