摘  要:为了提高热再生沥青混合料中沥青路面回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)的掺量,解决传统设计方法得到的大掺量热再生料路用性能较差的问题,以动态模量试验验证平衡设计法作为提高RAP掺量的有效路径。通过沥青混合料性能试验机测试4组不同RAP掺量的平衡设计法沥青混合料和1组马歇尔设计法沥青混合料的动态模量和相位角。结果表明:采用平衡设计法的沥青混合料,高RAP掺量在低频/高温条件下保持良好弹性状态,高频/低温条件下保持与普通热拌料相近的黏弹性,实现了大掺量RAP热再生混合料力学指标感温性的降低;基于路面材料病害能量原理分析,采用平衡设计法的大掺量RAP热再生混合料高温情况下具有更高的抗车辙因子,中温条件下具有更低的疲劳耗散因子,即混合料具有更好的抗车辙和抗疲劳性能。综合分析,针对大掺量RAP热再生混合料采用平衡设计法,能有效满足各方面性能要求,实现大掺量RAP热再生混合料均衡设计,为提升RAP高效再生提供有力的设计手段。In order to improve the content of recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)in hot recycled mixture of asphalt pavement and solve the problem of poor way-use performance of large amount of hot regeneration asphalt obtained by traditional design methods,the dynamic modulus tests to verify the equilibrium design method was employed in the present work as an effective way to improve the content of RAP.The dynamic modulus and phase angle of four groups of balance design asphalt mixtures with different RAP content and one group of Marshall design asphalt mixtures were tested by asphalt mixture performance tester.The balance design method for testing four groups of different RAP content by asphalt mixture performance testing machine and dynamic modulus and phase angle of asphalt mixture with Marshall design method.The results show that through balance design,the asphalt mixture in high rap content keeps its good elasticity under low frequency/high temperature conditions.Under high frequency/low temperature conditions,the viscoelasticity similar to that of ordinary hot mix is maintained,and the temperature sensitivity of mechanical index of high content rap hot recycled mixture is reduced.Based on the analysis of pavement material disease energy principle,the large amount of rap thermal recycled mixture with the balance design method has higher rutting resistance factor under high temperature.The lower fatigue dissipation factor at mesophilic conditions indicates that the mixture has better rutting resistance and fatigue resistance.According to the comprehensive analysis,the balance design method for the large amount of RAP hot recycled mixture can effectively meet the performance requirements of all aspects and realize the balance design of the large amount of RAP hot recycled mixture,providing a powerful design means for improving the efficient regeneration of RAP.
