摘 要:为了分析玄武岩纤维(basalt fiber,BF)几何参数(直径和长度)对薄层罩面沥青混合料性能的影响,通过室内试验的方法对其规律进行探究。采用车辙试验、单轴贯入试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、间接拉伸开裂试验(indirect tensile asphalt cracking test,IDEAL-CT)、冻融劈裂试验、四点弯曲疲劳试验、肯塔堡飞散试验及摆式仪抗滑试验对薄层罩面混合料进行性能测试。结果表明:针对薄层罩面混合料的不同性能,玄武岩纤维几何参数对其影响规律表现出较大差异。长度较长、直径较小的纤维对混合料高温性能、抗剥落性能提升效果优良;长度较短、直径较大的纤维对混合料低温抗裂性能提升效果优良;长度较长、直径较大的纤维对混合料中温抗裂性能、疲劳性能提升效果优良;纤维几何参数对混合料水稳定性能、抗滑性能影响不显著。基于TOPSIS算法建立评价模型,综合考虑纤维几何参数对薄层罩面混合料性能的影响,对于本文所选用的不同几何参数的玄武岩纤维,评价得分排序为BF 6-16>BF 6-7>BF 6-25>BF 3-7>BF 3-16。In order to analyze the influences of the geometric parameters(diameter and length)of basalt fiber(BF)on the performance of thin overlayer asphalt mixture,the laws were explored by methods of indoor experiments.The performance test of thin overlayer mixture was carried out by rutting test,uniaxial penetration test,low temperature trabecular bending test,indirect tensile asphalt cracking test(IDEAL-CT),freeze-thaw spliting test,four-point bending fatigue test,Kentucky Castle fly-away test and pendulum anti-slip test,rspectively.The results show that the influences of basalt fiber geometric parameters on different performance of thin overlayer mixture are remarkably different.In more detail,the fiber with long length and small diameter has excellent effect on the high temperature performance and stripping resistance of the mixture;the fiber with short length and large diameter has excellent effect on the low temperature crack resistance of the mixture;the fiber with long length and large diameter has excellent effect on the medium crack resistance and fatigue performance of the mixture;the fiber geometric parameters have no significant impact on the water stability performance and skid resistance of the mixture.Based on the TOPSIS algorithm,the evaluation model was established,for the selected basalt fibers with different geometric parameters,the evaluation scores decrease in the order BF 6-16>BF 6-7>BF 6-25>BF 3-7>BF 3-16.
