摘　　要：随着近年来对上颈椎研究的深入及治疗技术的发展,寰枢关节不稳或脱位的手术治疗取得了很大进展,但在临床上仍然是一个难点。临床上将寰枢椎不稳分为Fielding型、临床复位分型以及TOI分型等。本文旨在对以Fielding分型为主的寰枢关节不稳或脱位的手术治疗方法进行综述。根据寰枢椎关节不稳的不同分型制定不同的手术方法,分析不同分型手术方法及其优缺点,以期为临床治疗寰枢关节不稳或脱位提供帮助。With the further study of upper cervical spine and the development of therapeutic techniques in recent years,the surgical treatment of the atlantoaxial joint instability or dislocation has achieved great progress,but it is still a difficulty in clinical practice.Clinical atlantoaxial instability is divided into Fielding type,clinical reduction classification and TOI classification.This paper aims to review the surgical treatment for atlantoaxial joint instability or dislocation based on Fielding classification mainly.The different classification surgical procedures and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed to provide clinical reference in the treatment of atlantoaxial instability or dislocation.
