摘 要:本文通过H机构多元化就业项目的行动研究,剖析视障青年就业增能的过程。研究发现,视障青年在独立生活、职业选择和就业歧视等方面面临多重困境。该项目采用日常生活增能、工作岗位开发、职业能力提升、社会公众倡导等策略,促进视障青年的就业赋能。基于以上本土实践经验,本文构建了增能取向的残障服务本土实践模式:以工作人员与残障者的平等伙伴工作关系为基础,强调残障者的主体性,在个人(激发内在潜能、尊重选择权利)、群体(建立残障社群、促进朋辈互助)、社会(柔性倡导实现社会融合)等层面实现残障增能。The employment of visually impaired youth is encountering the situations of limited choices and low-quality.By examining a diversified employment project at H Centre,this action research analyses the empowerment process of visually impaired youth in employment.The findings reveal that multiple constraints faced by visually impaired youth in terms of independent life,career selection and employment discrimination.This research employed the strategies,such as empowering daily lives,developing new job occupations,enhancing occupational abilities and promoting public advocacy,to empower the youth in employment.Based on the local practice experience,this paper constructs an empowerment-oriented model for disability services:it emphasizes equal partnership between workers and individuals with disabilities,highlighting subjectivity and participation of individuals with disabilities.This model aims to promote personal empowerment(by unleashing intrinsic potentials and respecting choice rights),group empowerment(by establishing disability communities and fostering peer support),and social empowerment(by advocating social inclusion with non-aggressive approach)in various dimensions..
