职业发展视角下高职院校体弱学生健康体适能提升模式研究

摘　　要：高职院校学生作为未来社会一线技能型和服务型人才,他们的健康与体适能意义重大,拥有一个完善的职业健康体适能对学生未来的岗位适应能力与身体竞争能力等方面具有重要作用。在梳理相关理论发展的基础上,分析我国高职院校中体弱学生健康体适能促进的必要性与可行性,提出了基于“体医融合”的健康高职发展模式,构建了“职业发展”与“健康促进”融合互动的高职院校体弱学生健康体适能促进的应用模型。研究认为,学生健康体适能促进相关工作对于普通高职院校体育教育工作来说具有挑战性,同时也具备可行性,体弱学生体适能发展需要线上、线下协同促进,才能达到预期的效果。As the front-line skilled and service-oriented talents in the future society,the health related physical fitness of vocational college students is of great significance.Having a perfect occupational health related physical fitness plays an important role in the future job adaptability and physical competitiveness of students.On the basis of combing the development of relevant theories,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of promoting the health related physical fitness of physically weak students in higher vocational colleges in China,puts forward a higher vocational development model based on the“integration of sports and medicine”,and constructs an application model integrating and interacting with“career development”and“health promotion”.The research believes that the related work is challenging and feasible for the physical education of ordinary higher vocational colleges.The development of physical fitness of weak students needs online and offline collaborative promotion to achieve the desired effect.
