摘 要:铁路机车在直线线路和曲线线路上运行时轮缘与钢轨磨耗不同,针对目前机车轮缘润滑装置运用现状,详细分析了轮缘润滑电控器弯道接口电路,并且综合考虑机车实际运用各种工况,研制了基于倾角传感器轮缘润滑弯道识别器,能够实现轮缘润滑装置在轮轨不同磨耗区间不同喷脂策略,实际装车试验结果验证了弯道识别器的可靠性和有效性。Wear status of Wheel flange and rail is different when railway locomotive running on straight line and curve line.In view of the current application status of locomotive wheel flange lubrication device,this paper analyzes the curve function interface circuit of electronic control device in detail.Considering all kinds of working conditions of locomotive in actual operation,a recognition device for the lubrication curve of flange based on inclination sensor has been developed.It can realize different grease spraying strategies of the wheel flange lubrication device in different wear zones of the wheel and rail.The actual loading test results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the curve recognizer.
