烧结工艺对Fe基金属结合剂性能的影响

摘  要:以Fe基金属结合剂为研究对象,分别采用热压机和罩式炉烧结工艺制备烧结试样,设定保温温度和保压压强分别为900℃和30 MPa,研究不同保温保压时间对烧结试样密度、硬度、抗弯载荷-挠度和组织形貌的影响。在以上研究的基础上,采用上述制备烧结试样的工艺制备薄壁工程钻头,通过钻切试验测试其对钻头性能的影响。实验结果表明:对比罩式炉烧结保温保压30 min与热压机烧结保温保压10 min所制备的试样,两者硬度和抗弯强度相当,但前者的断裂挠度仅为后者60%左右,通过EDS测试Fe/Cu结合界面,发现Cu元素扩散到Fe粉末颗粒基体中,表明在Fe/Cu结合界面存在原子的相互扩散;对比罩式炉烧结保温保压20 min与热压机烧结保温2.5 min所制备的薄壁工程钻头产品,前者比后者锋利度提高5%,寿命降低5%。In this paper,Fe-based metal binders are used to prepare sintered samples with hot press machine and bell-type furnace.The holding temperature and pressure are set at 900℃and 30 MPa,respectively.It is studied that how holding time influences sample density,hardness,bending load-deflection as well as microstructure.Furthermore,thin-wall engineering bit samples are prepared by the above-mentioned process.The test result shows that the holding time for bell-type furnace and hot press machine are 30 min and 10 min,respectively.The fracture deflection of the former sample is only about 60%of that of the latter one.The Fe/Cu interface of the two kinds of samples are also investigated with EDS,and the result shows that there is atom diffusion at the Fe/Cu interface.To compare the thin-walled engineering bits prepared by bell-type furnace sintering and pressure preservation for 20 min with that by hot press sintering and pressure preservation for 2.5 min,the sharpness of the former is 5%higher than that of the latter,and the life of the former is 5%lower.
