摘 要:大气压气体放电技术在材料改性、生物医学以及环境污染治理领域广泛应用。然而,气体放电过程存在由大量瞬态脉冲电流衍生的电磁辐射。基于安全防护和提高能效的目的,掌握大气压气体放电过程的电磁辐射特性以及影响规律成为了亟需解决的问题。针对刷状放电和丝状放电两种常见的气体放电模式,系统考察了电磁频谱分布特性及电压和频率对其影响规律。结果表明刷状放电和丝状放电的特征谱峰分布范围分别在6~74.2 MHz和6~150 MHz。丝状放电的电压及频率对电磁辐射频谱分布及强度影响较小,而增加刷状放电的电压和频率则能有效降低电磁辐射强度。此外,增加丝状放电区域会引起电磁辐射频谱范围及辐射强度增大。Atmospheric pressure gas discharge tech-nology is widely used in material modification,bio-medicine and environmental pollution control.How-ever,electromagnetic radiation derived from a large number of transient pulse currents exists in gas dis-charge process.For the purpose of safety protection and energy efficiency improvement,it has become an urgent problem to master the electromagnetic radia-tion characteristics and influence laws of atmospheric gas discharge process.The electromagnetic spectrum distribution characteristics and the influence of volt-age and frequency on the two common gas discharge Study on Electromagnetic Radiation Characteristics of Atmospheric Gas Discharge effect on the spectrum distribution and intensity of electromagnetic radiation,while increasing the voltage and frequency of brush discharge could effectively reduce the intensity of electromagnetic radiation.In addition,increasing the filamentary discharge area could increase the electromagnetic radiation spectrum range and radiation intensity.
