环戊烷水合物体系作为甲烷水合物抑制剂初筛替代手段的实验研究

摘  要:天然气水合物在油气管道中的堵塞所造成的一系列问题,给安全生产带来了极大隐患,近年来水合物抑制剂的研究与应用得到了广泛关注,但甲烷水合物生成条件苛刻,使得其抑制剂的筛选评价过程风险高,难度大。基于此,提出了利用常压环戊烷水合物体系代替高压低温的甲烷水合物体系进行水合物抑制剂评价与筛选的方法。对比测试了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、Inhibex501及自主研发的KL抑制剂在环戊烷水合物体系中的效果,实验结果表明,同Inhibex501和PVP相比,环戊烷水合物体系中KL具有最优的抑制效果,显著抑制了水合物的成核与生长,最适添加质量分数为1.0%,诱导时间和反应最高温度分别为233.5 min和1.6℃,适用于低、中、高含水率体系。同时,对比测试了3种抑制剂在甲烷水合物体系中的抑制效果,结果表明,KL在甲烷水合物体系同样具有最佳抑制性能,有效减缓了水合物的成核与生长过程。因此判断,环戊烷水合物体系可作为一种初步筛选和评价高效水合物抑制剂的体系。A series of problems caused by the block-age of natural gas hydraulic in oil and gas pipelines have brought great hidden dangers to safety produc-tion.In recent years,hydrate inhibitors have become the focus of attention.However,the formation condi-tions of methane hydrate are harsh,which makes the screening and evaluation process of its inhibitors risky and difficult.Based on this,a method was proposed to evaluate and screen hydrate inhibitors using cyclo-pentane hydrate system at atmospheric pressure in-stead of methane hydrate system at high pressure and low temperature.Through comparison and testing the effects of the three inhibitors PVP,Inhibex501 and KL in the normal pressure cyclopentane system and the high pressure methane hydrate system,the feasi-bility of a preliminary screening method for evaluating hydrate inhibitors performance under safer conditions using cyclopentane hydrate was studied.The experi-mental results showed that compared with the Inhi-bex501 and PVP,KL in the cyclopentane system had the best inhibitory effect,which significantly sup-pressed the nuclear and generation of the hydrate.The induction time and the maximum reaction tem-perature was 233.5 min and 1.6℃,and it was suit-able for low,medium,and high water cut systems.At the same time,the KL had the best inhibitory per-formance in the methane hydrate system,effectively slowing the nuclear and growth process of the hydrate.Therefore,the cyclopentane hydrate system can be used as a preliminary method of screening highefficiency inhibitors.
