摘　　要：目的 观察理气通降汤联合外用消胀贴治疗功能性消化不良(FD)肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法 将89例FD肝胃不和证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组49例予理气通降汤联合外用消胀贴治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医症状评分变化;比较2组治疗前后胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)变化。结果 治疗组总有效率89.80%(44/49),对照组总有效率72.50%(29/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后胃脘胀痛、嗳气、食欲不振评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后MTL、GAS水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),5-HT水平较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组MTL、GAS水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),5-HT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 理气通降汤联合外用消胀贴治疗FD肝胃不和证疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,提高胃肠动力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liqi Tongjiang Decoction combined with topical Xiaozhang paste for functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver stomach disharmony syndrome.Methods Totally 89 FD patients(liver stomach disharmony syndrome)were assigned to the control group(n=40)and the treatment group(n=49),in which they were treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and Liqi Tongjiang Decoction combined with topical Xiaozhang paste,respectively.Treated for 2 weeks,the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(89.80%[44/49]vs 72.50%[29/40],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,TCM symptom(stomach pain,belching,loss of appetite)score in groups were decreased,which decreased notably in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Elevated MTL and GAS,and reduced 5-HT were found in groups than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the different was significant between groups for the above indexes(all P<0.05).Conclusion For FD patients(liver stomach disharmony syndrome),Liqi Tongjiang Decoction combined with topical Xiaozhang paste can improve clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal motilit.
