颠倒散联合二氧化碳点阵激光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及对血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察颠倒散联合二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及对血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响。方法 将131例寻常性痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组65例予CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,治疗组66例在对照组治疗基础上应用颠倒散治疗,2组疗程为12周。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后炎症因子水平、免疫功能指标变化;比较2组不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率92.4%(61/66),对照组总有效率80.0%(52/65),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞百分比均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞百分比较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞百分比低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率9.1%(6/66),对照组不良反应总发生率23.1%(15/65),治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颠倒散联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗寻常性痤疮,能减轻患者机体炎性反应,改善免疫功能,有较好的临床安全性和有效性。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Diandao powder combined with fractional CO_(2) laser in the treatment of acne,and its influence on serum inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods A total of 131 patients were randomized to receive fractional CO_(2) laser(the control group,n=65)or Diandao powder^(+)fractional CO_(2) laser(the observation group,n=66)for 12 weeks.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared;serum inflammatory factors and immune function were detected.The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(92.4%[61/66]vs 80.0%[52/65],P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin-6(IL-6)in the both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while immune function including the percentages of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)T lymphocytes were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),CD8^(+)T lymphocytes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in the above indexes between the observation group and the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(9.1%[6/66]vs 23.1%[15/65],P<0.05).Conclusion It can bring better clinical safety and efficacy by Diandao powder combined with fractional CO_(2) laser for acne,which could reduce body inflammatory response and improve immune function.It is worthy of popularization and application.
