银丁消肿坐浴方熏洗对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察银丁消肿坐浴方熏洗对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法 将60例单纯低位肛瘘切除术术后患者按照随机数字表法均分为2组。对照组30例予高锰酸钾溶液外洗坐浴治疗,治疗组30例予银丁消肿坐浴方熏洗治疗,2组均2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗第3、7、14天创面水肿、疼痛、渗液评分,治疗第7天创面肉芽组织毛细血管数,并比较2组创面愈合时间。结果 治疗第7、14天,治疗组创面水肿、渗液及疼痛评分均较本组术后第3天降低(P<0.05),且均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗第14天,对照组创面水肿、渗液及疼痛评分均较本组治疗第3天降低(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗第7天每个视野中创面肉芽组织毛细血管数多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率76.67%(23/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 银丁消肿坐浴方熏洗能促进肛瘘术后创面愈合。Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation-washing therapy with Yinding Xiaozhong Hip Bath Formula on wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods Totally 60 patients who underwent low anal fistula operation were randomized 1∶1 to receive fumigation-washing therapy with potassium permanganate solution(the control group)or with Yinding Xiaozhong hip bath formula(the observation group).Two weeks was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for one course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,the scores of wound edema,exudation and pain on days 3,7 and 14 of treatment,the number of capillaries in granulation tissue on day 7,and wound healing time were observed between groups.Results The scores of wound edema,exudation and pain on days 7 and 14 in the observation group were lower than those on day 3(P<0.05),and which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of wound edema,exudation and pain on day 14 in the control group were lower than those on day 3 of treatment(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).On day 7 of treatment,the number of capillaries in the granulation tissue in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(93.33%[28/30]vs 76.67%[23/30],P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation-washing therapy with Yinding Xiaozhong hip bath formula can promote wound healing after anal fistula operation.
