摘　　要：目的 观察中药熏洗配合康复训练对胫骨平台骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法 将60例胫骨平台骨折术后患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例采用常规康复训练治疗,治疗组30例在对照组基础上予中药熏洗,2组均治疗4周后统计疗效。比较2组疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分及膝关节关节活动度(ROM)。结果 治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率66.7%(20/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。组内比较显示,治疗组治疗2、4周时NRS评分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),Lysholm膝关节评分及膝关节ROM均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),对照组治疗4周时NRS评分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),Lysholm膝关节评分及膝关节ROM均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05)。组间比较显示,治疗2、4周时治疗组NRS评分低于对照组同期(P<0.05),Lysholm膝关节评分及膝关节ROM高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗配合康复训练可减轻胫骨平台骨折术后患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能及ROM,促进患者功能恢复。Objective To analysis of the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation and washing therapy combined with rehabilitation training on postoperative functional recovery in patients with tibial plateau fractures(TPFs).Methods Totally 60 patients with TPFs were randomly enrolled into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The observation group was treated with TCM fumigating and washing therapy on the basis of rehabilitation training(the control group).The efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed after 4 weeks of treatment.The numerical rating scale(NRS)pain scales score,Lysholm Knee Score(LKS)and joint range of motion(ROM)were evaluated between groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(93.3%[28/30]vs 66.7%[20/30]P<0.05).The 2-week and 4-week NRS score in the treatment group was lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the 2-week and 4-week LKS and joint ROM were higher(P<0.05).The 4-week NRS score in the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the 4-week LKS and knee ROM were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For TPF patients,TCM fumigation-washing therapy combined with rehabilitation training can reduce postoperative pain,improve knee joint function recovery,increase knee ROM score,and the clinical effect is clear.
