室内回弹模量E_(0)对地基系数K_(30)预估方法研究

摘  要:为进一步优化路基填料选择,确保施工后铁路路基力学强度达到规范要求,通过路基现场每层填筑压实过程中同步检测地基系数K_(30)及相对应的压实系数、含水率建立K_(30)与压实系数、含水率的关系。取现场土样在相同压实系数、含水率条件下成型室内试件,然后通过室内试验测定其回弹模量,从而建立地基系数K_(30)与室内回弹模量的经验公式,并基于规范中现场路基填料标准提出室内控制指标。结果表明:含水率相同时,压实系数每增加1%,K_(30)增加12.3 MPa/m;压实系数一定时,含水率每增加1%,K_(30)减小18.6 MPa/m。室内回弹模量与现场地基系数K_(30)之间具有良好的线性相关关系,相关系数均高于0.95,压实系数每增加1%,室内回弹模量增加约12%,含水率增加1%,室内回弹模量减小约13.4%;以室内回弹模量53 MPa对应现场K_(30)为90 MPa/m,可作为填料选择的室内力学指标控制标准。In order to further optimize the selection of roadbed filler and ensure that the mechanical strength of railway roadbed after construction meets the specification requirements,the relationship between K_(30)and compaction coefficient and moisture content is established by means of simultaneous testing of foundation coefficient K_(30)and corresponding compaction coefficient and moisture content during the compaction of each layer of roadbed filler at the site.On-site soil samples are taken to form indoor specimens under the same compaction coefficient and moisture content conditions,and then their elastic modulus are determined through indoor tests,so as to establish the empirical formula of foundation coefficient K_(30)and indoor elastic modulus,and propose the indoor control index based on the standard of field roadbed filler in the specification.The results show that when the moisture content is the same,K_(30)increases by 12.3 MPa/m for every 1%increase in compaction coefficient;when the compaction coefficient is constant,K_(30)decreases by 18.6 MPa/m for every 1%increase in moisture content.There is a good linear correlation between indoor elastic modulus and field foundation coefficient K_(30),and the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.95.For every 1%increase in compaction coefficient,the indoor elastic modulus increases by about 12%;for every 1%increase in moisture content,the indoor elastic modulus decreases by about 13.4%;the indoor elastic modulus of 53 MPa corresponds to the site K_(30)of 90 MPa/m,which can be used as the indoor mechanical index control standard for filler selection.
