摘　　要：印度是联合国维和行动的重要参与者之一,在后冷战时期表现较为突出。它不仅为国际维和提供了大量人力,也在宣扬维和理念、建设维和制度、开展维和合作等方面有所建树。印度积极参与联合国维和行动的动力主要出于以下战略考量:塑造大国形象、助力实现“入常”梦想;借鉴外军理念、发展自身军事能力;介入中东非洲事务、拓展海外利益等。另一方面,印度的维和实践也显露出明显的局限性,例如不断表现出的利己主义倾向、根深蒂固的地区霸权理念以及时有暴露的维和能力短板等。展望未来,印度将继续保持对联合国维和行动的积极参与,但其以维和人力贡献提升自身国际影响力的模式恐难以长期维系。India is one of the important participants in UN peacekeeping operations,and its performance is becoming more prominent in the post-Cold War era.It has not only provide a large number of manpower for international peacekeeping,but also made certain achievements in promoting the concept of peacekeeping,building a peacekeeping system and carrying out peacekeeping operations.India’s active participation in UN peacekeeping operations is mainly driven by the following strategic considerations,including building the image of a major power to help realize its dream of becoming a permanent member of the UN Security Council;learning from the ideas of foreign militaries to develop its own military capabilities;and getting involved in the Middle Eastern and African afairs to actively expand its overseas interests.On the other hand,India’s peacekeeping practice has also shown obvious limitations,such as the growing egoistic tendency,the deep-rooted mentality of regional hegemony and the shortcomings of its peacekeeping capabilities.Looking to the future,India will continue to maintain its active participation in UN peacekeeping operations,but its model of enhancing international infuence through contributing manpower to UN peacekeeping operations may not be sustainable in the long run.
