摘 要:史前先民们的饮食生活是史前社会生活史中的重要一环。对于古蜀地区而言,从食物来源来看,随着农业和畜牧业的水平不断提高,古蜀先民餐桌上的食物更加丰富多样;从出土的饮食器具来看,古蜀先民们的饮食由粗放逐渐走向精细,烹饪方法也从单一的煮食逐渐走向多样化;从饮食口味上来看,先民们拥有丰富的调味品可供选择,能够有效提升菜肴口感。此外,饮酒也是古蜀先民饮食生活中的重要组成部分。The diet life of prehistoric ancestors is an important link in the history of prehistoric social life.For the ancient Shu region,from the perspective of food sources,with the continuous improvement of the level of agriculture and animal husbandry,the food on the table of the ancient Shu ancestors is more diverse.From the perspective of the food utensils unearthed in various cultures,the diet of ancient Shu ancestors gradually changed from extensive to refined,and the cooking methods gradually changed to include more than just boiling.From the perspective of food taste,the ancestors have a wealth of condiments to choose from,which can effectively improve the taste of dishes.In addition,drinking is also an important part of the diet of ancient Shu ancestors.The study of prehistoric diet life in ancient Shu can provide useful reference for the study of prehistoric social life history throughout the country.
