摘　　要：为满足铁路审计工作对信息化不断增长的需求,进一步加强对审计业务全流程管理,设计并实现了集审计管理、审计作业和数据分析于一体的新一代铁路审计管理信息系统。该系统依托微服务架构,采用云计算、传输加密、自然语言处理、文本相似度分析等技术,实现了对财务数据的深入挖掘和关联分析。在相关部门的试用结果表明,该系统能够助力审计工作由传统查账式审计向防范风险和服务导向型审计发展,达到防治并举,重在预防的效果。In order to meet the growing demand of railway audit for information technology and further strengthen the whole process management of audit business,this paper designed and implemented a new generation of railway audit management information system that integrated audit management,audit operations and data analysis.The system relied on micro-service architecture,cloud computing,transmission encryption,natural language processing,text similarity analysis and other technologies to implement in-depth mining and association analysis of financial data.The trial results in relevant departments indicate that this system can assist the development of audit work from traditional audit based auditing to risk prevention and service-oriented auditing,achieve effects both prevention and control,with a focus on prevention.
