四联疗法联合益生菌治疗老年慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察老年慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染进行四联疗法联合益生菌治疗的临床效果。方法86例老年慢性胃炎伴Hp感染患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组使用四联疗法治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合使用益生菌治疗。比较两组Hp根除率、不良反应发生率、疗效。结果观察组Hp根除率87.80%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.76%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%(37/41),高于对照组的69.05%(29/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性胃炎伴Hp感染治疗中,采用益生菌与四联疗法联合治疗效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of quadruple therapy in combination with probiotics in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in the elderly.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by Hp infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group.The eradication rate of Hp,incidence of adverse reactions,and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 87.80%,which was higher than that of 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 9.76%in the observation group was lower than that of 28.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%(37/41),which was higher than that of 69.05%(29/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of probiotics and quadruple therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection in the elderly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
