毫火针联合拔罐在带状疱疹治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨毫火针联合拔罐在带状疱疹(HZ)治疗中的临床疗效。方法46例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组及对照组。每组23例。对照组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦片联合甲钴胺片治疗,观察组在此基础上采用毫火针加拔罐治疗。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及疱疹恢复效果、后遗神经痛(PHN)发生情况、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组VAS评分(2.08±0.90)分低于对照组的(2.82±0.83)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中痊愈6例,显效9例,有效7例,无效1例,发生PHN 3例;对照组中痊愈6例,显效5例,有效6例,无效6例,发生PHN 9例。观察组治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组的73.91%,PHN发生率13.04%低于对照组的39.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论毫火针联合拔罐在带状疱疹治疗中整体疗效肯定,值得临床进一步研究推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of millifire needle combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster(HZ).Methods A total of 46 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 23 patients in each group.The control group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets and mecobalamine tablets,and the observation group was treated with millifire needle and cupping therapy on this basis.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,herpes recovery effect,occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and VAS score of(2.08±0.90)points in the observation group was lower than that of(2.82±0.83)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,6 cases were cured,9 cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and 3 cases had PHN;in the control group,6 cases were cured,5 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and 9 cases had PHN.The total effective rate of 95.65%in the observation group was higher than that of 73.91%in the control group;the incidence of PHN of 13.04%in the observation group was lower than that of 39.13%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The overall efficacy of millifire needle combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster is definite,and is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
