术后快速康复干预对宫腔镜子宫手术患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析术后快速康复干预对宫腔镜子宫手术患者的意义。方法60例行宫腔镜子宫手术的患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采用术后常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采用术后快速康复干预。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、不良反应发生情况评分、术后症状评分、改良评分分级。结果试验组患者的疼痛评分(3.05±1.13)分、不良反应发生情况评分(1.26±0.13)分、术后症状评分(8.52±1.15)分均低于对照组的(5.42±1.20)、(2.82±0.20)、(20.09±5.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的改良评分分级优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.834,P=0.005<0.05)。结论术后快速康复干预对宫腔镜子宫手术患者的恢复效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance of rapid postoperative rehabilitation intervention for patients undergoing hysteroscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing hysteroscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received postoperative conventional intervention,and the experimental group received rapid postoperative rehabilitation intervention based on the control group.The pain score,adverse reaction occurrence score,postoperative symptom score and improved scoring grading were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had pain score of(3.05±1.13)points,adverse reaction score of(1.26±0.13)points and postoperative symptom score of(8.52±1.15)points,which were all lower than those of(5.42±1.20),(2.82±0.20)and(20.09±5.19)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improved scoring grading of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.834,P=0.005<0.05).Conclusion Rapid postoperative rehabilitation intervention has remarkable effect on the recovery of patients undergoing hysteroscopic hysterectomy,and is worth popularizing.
