境外矿业项目安全管理体系建设研究

摘　　要：当前国际形势处于百年未有之大变局环境下,原有和平的环境正在被打破,各国在粮食、能源安全、高新技术发展等方面矛盾问题日益突出,直接影响着世界各地区的安全形势,对我国境外投资项目也产生新的威胁影响。针对分布相对较偏远的矿业项目就安全风险管理体系构架及安全管理体系建设提出一些思路,旨在与同行进行交流。The current international situation is in an environment of unprecedented changes,and the original peaceful environment is being broken.Countries are increasingly faced with contradictions in food,energy security,high-tech development,and other aspects,which directly affect the security situation in various regions of the world,along with new threats and impacts on China s overseas investment projects.Proposes some ideas on how to carry out safety risk prevention and safety management system construction for mining projects with relatively remote distribution,aiming at communicating with peers.
