摘 要:某选矿厂浓密机控制主要采用人工手动控制,且浓密机生产过程的参数未知,流程上游波动大,浓密机底流浓度和絮凝剂添加控制不稳定,严重影响了浓缩效果和产品质量。同时,浓密机生产过程工艺机理复杂,浓密机的给矿性质波动频繁具有大滞后、非线性的特点,常规的控制方法难以达到良好的控制效果,从沉降原理分析,建立浓度软测量模型,基于专家系统实现优化设定,并设计开发尾矿浓密优化控制系统,实现浓密机工作状态识别与浓密机底流浓度控制,实现絮凝剂自动添加。The control of the thickener in a certain beneficiation plant mainly adopts manual control,and the parameters of the production process of the thickener are unknown.The upstream fluctuation of the process is large,and the control of the thickener underflow concentration and flocculant addition is unstable,seriously affecting the concentration effect and product quality.At the same time,the production process mechanism of the thickener is complex,and the feeding properties of the thickener fluctuate frequently with large hysteresis and nonlinearity.Conventional control methods are difficult to achieve good control effects.This article analyzes the settlement principle,establishes a concentration soft measurement model,and implements optimization settings based on an expert system.A tailings thickening optimization control system is also designed and developed to achieve recognition of the working state of the thickener and control of the underflow concentration of the thickener.Realize automatic addition of flocculants.
