摘 要:传统的破碎筛分流程具有设备数量多、工作环境差、相互连锁耦合强等特点。在生产操作岗位工作环境恶劣,粉尘和噪音等严重影响了操作人员的身体健康,而且因为设备数量多,操作岗位位置分布比较散,人员和设备管理难度大,操作人员需要不断在现场观察,劳动强度大,因此亟需提高破碎筛分流程自动控制水平。对传统破碎工艺流程、破碎系统存在的问题进行阐述,对破碎流程自动化控制以及破碎智能专家系统进行研究,介绍了破碎智能专家系统的原理和结构,以及破碎智能专家系统的效果和效益等。The traditional crushing and screening process is characterized by large amount of equipment,poor working environment,strong coupling and so on.The bad working environment,dust and noise seriously affect the health of operators,and because of the large number of equipment,the distribution of operating positions is scattered,and the difficulty of personnel and equipment management is great,the operators need to constantly observe on the spot,and the labor intensity is great,it is urgent to improve the automatic control level of crushing and screening process.The problems existing in the traditional crushing process and crushing system are expounded,and the automatic control of crushing process and intelligent crushing expert system are studied,the principle and structure of intelligent expert system for crushing are introduced in detail,and the effect and benefit of intelligent expert system for crushing are also introduced.
