摘 要:为解决传统综采工作面设备分散控制的问题,以可编程自动化控制器为基础,匹配建立设备一体化模型,优化设计智能化控制系统,通过PAC对工作面及其配套设备实现一体化集中控制。在综采工作面运行该集成系统,使采煤机、刮板输送机、支架以及泵站设备实现智能协调运行,落煤、运煤与支护工作的有序衔接配合,不但很大程度上减轻了工人劳动强度,而且极大地提高了生产效率,充分体现了一体化控制成果,具有良好的应用前景。In order to solve the problem of decentralized control of traditional fully mechanized working face equipment,based on programmable automation controller,equipment integration model is established to optimize the design of intelligent control system,and integrated centralized control of working face and its supporting equipment is realized through PAC.Running the integrated system on the fully mechanized mining face makes the shearer,scraper conveyor,support and pump station equipment realize intelligent coordinated operation,the orderly connection and cooperation of coal falling,coal transport and support work,not only greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and greatly improves the production efficiency,fully embodies the integrated control results,and has a good application prospect.
