楚烽磷矿采空区治理及其过程安全监测实践

摘  要:楚烽磷矿在多年开采中形成大面积采空区,矿柱已发生破坏。为避免发生大规模空区冒落并回收其中遗留的资源,选定试验盘区,在连续矿柱(点柱+人工矿柱)隔离的情况下,采用混凝土胶结充填置换不稳定矿柱、结合干式充填方案处理采空区。另外,建立了集成微震、位移、应力、应变等监测方式的综合监测系统,对治理过程中的顶板位移、矿柱与胶结矿柱应力与应变、微震事件进行监测,通过多种参数综合分析空区稳定性情况,保障了处理过程的安全。监测结果表明,没有发生明显的应力集中和变形失稳。Chufeng Phosphate Mine has formed a large area of goaf during years of mining,and the pillars have been damaged.In order to avoid large-scale goaf caving and recover the remaining resources,a test panel is selected.Under the condition of continuous pillars(point pillars+artificial pillars)isolation,unstable pillars are replaced with concrete cemented filling,and the goaf is treated with a dry filling scheme.In addition,a comprehensive monitoring system integrating microseismic,displacement,stress,strain and other monitoring methods has been established to monitor the displacement of the roof,stress and strain of the pillar and cemented pillar,and microseismic events during the treatment process.The stability of the goaf is analyzed comprehensively through multiple parameters,ensuring the safety of the treatment process.The monitoring results indicate that there has been no significant stress concentration or deformation instability.
