摘  要:补连塔煤矿11401综采工作面是神东矿区至今所开采的最长的综采工作面,从综采工作面矿压规律、液压支架选型、矿压实测分析、采煤机反向割煤工艺、受限空间作业、工作面末采联网工艺优化等进行了分析总结。研究结果表明,工作面初次压力步距35~42 m,周期来压步距是11~16 m,两顺槽超前压力影响范围较弱,对工作面支架选型和工作面支护强度进行了论证,详细介绍了反向割煤工艺,对回采过程中遇到的问题及解决措施进行了详细阐述,对以后超长综采工作面的回采具有指导意义。The 11401 fully mechanized working face of Bulianta Coal Mine is the longest fully mechanized working face that has been mined in the Shendong Mining Area to date.Analysis and summary have been conducted on the mining pressure law of the fully mechanized working face,hydraulic support selection,actual measurement and analysis of the mining pressure,reverse coal cutting technology of the shearer,confined space operation,and optimization of the final mining network technology of the working face.The results show that the initial pressure step distance is 35-42 m and the periodic pressure step distance is 11-16 m,the influence range of the lead pressure in the two grooves is weak.This paper introduces the reverse coal cutting technology,expounds the problems encountered in the process of mining and the solving measures in detail,and has a guiding significance for the future mining of super-long fully mechanized coal face.
