摘 要:针对某铜硫矿山的铜尾矿的大量23μm以下细粒级硫损失的情况,应用BGRIMM细粒浮选成套技术装备开展了规模为1.0~1.5 t/h的细粒级硫浮选回收的扩大试验研究。试验结果表明:在入选硫品位为8.25%时,通过两粗一扫两精的浮选工艺流程,产出的硫精矿含硫45.40%,硫作业回收率达到了85.30%,精矿以细粒硫矿物为主,实现了对细粒级硫的有效回收。In view of the large amount of fine particle sulfur loss below 23μm in copper tailings of a Cu-S mine,the scale-up continuous experimental research on the flotation recovering of fine particle sulfur with the scale of 1.0-1.5 t/h is carried out by applying the fine flotation equipment of BGRIMM.The test results show that while the content of sulfur in raw ore is 8.25%,the sulfur concentrate produced by the flotation process of two roughing,one scavenging and two cleaning can contain 45.40%of sulfur,and the sulfur recovery reaches 85.30%.The concentrate is dominated by fine sulfur minerals,realizing the effective recovery of fine sulfur.
