摘 要:以国外某含炭硫化铜矿为研究对象,对矿样进行了工艺矿物学研究,并应用高效铜捕收剂AP进行了选矿试验研究。考察了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量、pH值等工艺因素对分选指标的影响。研究结果表明,对于含铜1.21%、含S为1.29%的原矿,先经过一段磨矿至为-0.074 mm占65%,铜浮选作业采用“一粗、一扫、三精”的流程;全流程闭路试验获得了合格铜精矿,含铜为25.20%,回收率为92.26%。结果表明,捕收剂AP对研究矿样具有较强的捕收能力和良好的选择性。Taking a foreign carbon bearing copper sulfide ore as the research object,the technological mineralogy of the ore sample is studied,and the mineral processing research is carried out by using efficient copper collector AP.The study investigates the effects of process factors such as grinding fineness,types of reagents,dosage of reagents,and pH on the mineral processing index.The results show that for the raw ore containing 1.21%copper and 1.29%S,first stage grinding fineness reaches-0.074 mm 65%.The copper flotation process adopts the process of“one-stage roughing,one-stage scavenging,and three-stage cleaning”.Qualified copper concentrate is obtained through closed-circuit test,with a copper content of 25.20%and a recovery rate of 92.26%.The results indicate that the collector AP has strong collection ability and good selectivity for the studied ore samples.
