抽汽供热母管制机组蒸汽管道吹扫工艺研究

摘　　要：为保证新增汽轮机组的安全稳定运行,对母管制机组蒸汽管道进行吹扫,以彻底清除在制造、安装过程中留在渣屑及杂物。方法:结合实践经验,对吹扫范围、吹扫方式、吹扫流程、吹扫参数进行分析,提出一种蓄能降压分段吹扫工艺。在施工阶段,制定临时管道施工流程及验收标准,严格控制临时管道施工的质量及洁净度。在吹扫阶段,按制定的吹扫流程,严格控制吹扫参数,降低吹扫过程中对主机的影响,提高吹扫效果。结果:通过靶板检验,蓄能降压分段吹扫方式满足规范要求,吹扫效果好。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the new steam turbine unit,the steam pipeline of the main pipe unit shall be purged to completely remove the slag and debris left in the manufacturing and installation process.Methods:Combined with practical experience,the purging range,purging mode,purging process and purging parameters were analyzed,and a staged purging process with energy storage and pressure reduction was proposed.In the construction stage,the construction process and acceptance standard of temporary pipeline shall be formulated,and the quality and cleanliness of temporary pipeline construction shall be strictly controlled.In the purging stage,strictly control the purging parameters according to the established purging process,reduce the impact on the host during the purging process,and improve the purging effect.Results:Through the target plate test,the step-down purging method of energy storage meets the specification requirements,and the purging effect is good.
