摘  要:采用浸泡和电化学试验方法对316L不锈钢在不同浓度、温度H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。通过观察不锈钢的表面腐蚀形貌,腐蚀速率与动电位极化曲线,分析其在硫酸溶液中的腐蚀特性。结果表明,316L不锈钢在20℃下5%H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中浸泡48d后,其表面会出现腐蚀坑点;而在同一温度下,随着H_(2)SO_(4)溶液浓度的提高,自腐蚀电流密度逐渐降低;但在同一浓度下,随着温度的升高,自腐蚀电流密度不断地增大,其耐腐蚀性能降低。The corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel in H_(2)SO_(4) solution with different concentrations and temperatures was studied by immersion and electrochemical methods.The corrosion behavior was studied by surface corrosion morphology,corrosion rate and the analysis of potentiodynamic polarization curve.The results show that 316L stainless steel in 5%sulfuric acid solution at 20℃ soak after 48 days,the surface pits.At the same temperature,with the increase of H_(2)SO_(4) solution concentration,the self corrosion current density gradually decreases.However corrosion current density is gradually increasing with the increase of temperature at the same sulfuric acid concentration,so the corrosion resistance decreases.
