摘　　要：某钢铁厂现有水处理系统设备已连续运行多年,且设备档次及状况参差不齐。为降低新项目建设投资,全部利旧或全部不利旧都是不经济的行为,基于最大限度利旧现有设备和新建系统运行可靠原则,文章通过投资及运行成本最低的设计要求,充分考虑现有设备利旧,结合集成创新,降低设备投资,以期为相关行业人员提供参考。The existing water treatment system equipment of an iron and steel plant has been in continuous operation for many years,and the equipment grades and conditions are uneven.In order to reduce the investment in the construction of new projects,it is uneconomical to make full use of the old or all the old are unfavourable,based on the principle of maximizing the use of existing equipment and the reliable operation of new systems,through the design requirements of the lowest investment and operation cost,fully consider the reuse of existing equipment,combine integrated innovation,reduce equipment investment,with a view to providing referenceforrelevant industrypersonnel.
