摘　　要：DENGCHIGOU Catholic Church is located in the mountains of western Sichuan Province.The all-wooden structure in Baoxing County,Ya’an City,witnessed the first scientific discovery of the giant panda by French priest Armand David in 1869.Today,it still plays a significant role in the history of the beloved bear,as a birthplace of the giant panda-related culture.
