摘　　要：空中交通管制任务日益繁重,雷达管制员队伍在不断扩大。雷达管制员的管制能力对于航空运输的高效、安全运行起到至关重要的作用。雷达管制模拟训练系统是一种针对雷达管制岗位的模拟训练软件,适应空中交通管制新型人才培养的需求,可用于雷达管制人员岗前培训和换季培训,为空中交通管制的雷达管制岗位培养具备协调决策、驾驭复杂系统能力的高技术人才,提升雷达管制人员培训效率,提高雷达管制人员的业务能力,确保空中交通管制安全、顺畅、高效运行。The task of air traffic control is increasingly onerous,and the radar controller team is expanding.The control ability of radar controllers plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of air transportation.The radar control simulation training system is a simulation training software for radar control posts.It meets the needs of air traffic control new talent training,and can be used for pre job training and seasonal training of radar controllers.It cultivates high-tech talents with the ability to coordinate decision-making and control complex systems for air traffic control radar control posts,improves the training efficiency of radar controllers,and improves the professional ability of radar controllers,Ensure the safe,smooth and efficient operation of air traffic control.
