基于关联规则算法的工业生产数据智能集成方法

摘　　要：为了解决工业生产数据集成结果可信度较低的问题,文章基于关联规则算法的工业生产数据智能集成方法展开研究:统一定义各数据源中的状态信息和位置信息描述形式,完成对工业生产数据冗余的预处理;以车间为关联规则的制定基础,同时考虑不同数据的独立性和特异性,细化生产服务节点,借助生产制造任务对生产服务节点之间的逻辑关系加以描述,实现对数据的集成。测试结果证明,集成数据的查准率和召回率始终稳定在0.9以上,具有较高的可信度。In order to solve the problem of low reliability of industrial production data integration results,this paper conducts research on intelligent integration methods of industrial production data based on association rule algorithms:Uniformly define the description form of state information and position information in each data source,and pre-process the redundancy of industrial production data;Taking the workshop as the basis for the formulation of association rules,taking into account the independence and specificity of different data,the production service nodes are refined,and the logical relationship between the production service nodes is described with the help of manufacturing tasks to achieve data integration.The test results proved that the accuracy and recall rate of the integrated data were always stable above 0.9,with high confidence.
