摘　　要：文章从跨境电商一般的工作流程和注意事项,人工智能如何助力中小企业开展跨境业务,中小企业对接人工智能还有哪些困难,政府部门和行业协会如何帮助中小企业利用人工智能开展跨境电商业务四个方面展开论述。The article discusses the general workflow and precautions of cross-border e-commerce,how artificial intelligence can assist small and medium-sized enterprises in conducting cross-border business,the problems they face,what difficulties small and medium-sized enterprises still face in connecting with artificial intelligence,and how government departments and industry associations can help small and medium-sized enterprises in using artificial intelligence to carry out cross-border e-commerce business.
