摘　　要：A型塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)是一种新发生的猪水疱性传染病病原,被感染猪的临床症状为口鼻及蹄冠部水疱性损伤、跛行、厌食、仔猪腹泻甚至急性死亡等。这与猪的口蹄疫、水疱病、水疱性口炎的临床症状非常相似,临床上难以鉴别诊断,只能依赖实验室确诊。近年来,在美国、加拿大、中国等多个国家发生猪塞内卡病毒病,似乎正在成为一种全球性流行的猪病,给养猪业带来了不同程度的经济损失和潜在威胁。本文对我国猪塞内卡病毒的流行现状及诊断技术的研究进展进行了综述,以期为该病的科学防控提供参考。Senecavirus A(SVA) is an emerging pathogen of porcine vesicular infectious diseases.SVA infection mainly causes porcine vesicular lesions on the snout,oral mucosa,and coronary bands of different ages and acute death of neonatal piglets.The clinical symptoms of SVA are indistinguishable from other vesicular diseases of swine,including foot-and-mouth-disease(FMD),vesicular stomatitis(VS),and swine vesicular disease(SVD),and laboratory diagnosis is required to identify the causative agent.In recent years,porcine Seneca virus disease has occurred in many countries such as the United States,Canada,and China,and seems to be becoming a global epidemic of swine disease,which has brought varying degrees of economic losses and potential threats to the pig industry.In this paper,we review the epidemiology and diagnostic technologies progress of SVA in our country,which should provide valuable information for scientific prevention and control of this disease.
