晋南地区规模化蛋鸡场饲料霉菌毒素污染状况分析

摘　　要：霉菌毒素中毒是影响我国畜禽业健康发展的重要中毒病之一。为了解晋南地区规模化蛋鸡场饲料霉菌毒素中毒情况,从晋南地区规模化蛋鸡场采集了226份饲料样品(豆粕45份、玉米79份、麦麸44份、全价配合饲料58份),测定样品中的黄曲霉素B1、呕吐霉素、T-2毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮。结果表明,豆粕、玉米、麦麸和全价配合饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐霉素、T-2毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮的超标率分别为15.56%、17.78%、15.56%和13.33%,13.92%、12.66%、15.19%和16.46%,15.91%、15.91%、13.64%和11.36%,17.24%、13.79%、10.35%和12.07%。结果提示,晋南地区规模化蛋鸡场饲料霉菌毒素污染比较严重,养殖场需重视饲料发霉现象。Mycotoxin poisoning is an important poisoning disease affecting the healthy development of livestock and poultry industry in China.In order to understand the situation of feed mycotoxin poisoning in southern Shanxi Province,226 feed samples(45 soybean meal,79 corn,44 wheat bran and 58 full formula feed) were collected,the level of aflatoxin B1,vomomycin,T-2 toxin and zearalenone was tested.The results showed that the standard-exceeding rate of aflatoxin B1,vomomycin,T-2 toxin and zearalenone in soybean meal was 15.56%,17.78%,15.56% and 13.33%;the standard-exceeding rate of aflatoxin B1,vomomycin,T-2 toxin and zearalenone in corn was 13.92%,12.66%,15.19%and 16.46%;the standard-exceeding rate of aflatoxin B1,vomomycin,T-2 toxin and zearalenone in wheat barn was15.91%,15.91%,13.64% and 11.36%;the standard-exceeding rate of aflatoxin B1,vomomycin,T-2 toxin and zearalenone in full formula feed was 17.24%,13.79%,10.35% and 12.07%.It is concluded that the situation of feed mycotoxin poisoning is serious in southern Shanxi Province,and the farms should pay attention to the feed mildew phenomenon.
