羔羊腹泻的中兽医辨证论治

摘　　要：近年来,羔羊腹泻发病率和死亡率居高不下,给养羊业造成严重的经济损失。本文通过认真梳理古籍中对泄泻的记载和现代中兽医学家对泄泻病因的论述,根据临床症状对羔羊腹泻进行了比较全面的辨证论治,将羔羊腹泻分为湿热泄泻、伤食泄泻、脾虚泄泻、寒湿泄泻、肾虚泄泻5种证候,并分别确立了清热燥湿、涩肠止泻,消食导滞、调中和胃,补气健脾、和中止泻,温中散寒、健脾利水,温肾散寒、固涩止泻等治疗原则,以期为羔羊腹泻的防治和中兽药组方的研发提供参考。In recent years,the incidence rate and mortality of diarrhea in lambs are high,which has caused serious economic losses to the development of sheep industry.The records of diarrhea in ancient books and the discussion on the causes of diarrhea by modern and contemporary Chinese veterinarians were collected,a comprehensive syndrome differentiation and treatment of lamb diarrhea was conducted based on clinical symptoms,lamb diarrhea could be divided into damp-heat diarrhea,improper-diet diarrhea,spleen-deficient diarrhea,cold-dampness diarrhea and kidneydeficient diarrhea five syndromes,and established treatment principles such as clearing heat and drying dampness,astringent intestines to stop diarrhea,dissipating food to guide stagnation,regulating and neutralizing the stomach,tonifying Qi and strengthening the spleen,and harmonizing and stopping diarrhea,to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of lamb diarrhea and the development of new Chinese veterinary medicine formulations.
