摘  要:目的为解决像疫情等原因的紧急部署,各大商超、农贸生鲜市场的生活物资因末端配送人员不足、车辆严重短缺等原因导致居民迟迟收不到货这一困境。方法借助电动汽车和集装箱的特点,研发一款以太阳能电动汽车与集装箱式活动房为主体,以升降轮为支撑,内部设有不同格口、顶部安装太阳能电池板,底部安装蓄电池的自卸式可移动配送装置。结果自卸式可移动配送装置可自行上下运输车辆,无需吊车配合,可短距离自行,可保证装置内部温度,可保证物品不受挤压。结论自卸式可移动配送装置降低了部署难度,大幅度降低运输车辆采购数量,整体成本大幅降低,可充当仓库使用,以满足更多的配送需求。Objective:To solve the dilemma that residents cannot receive the goods due to the shortage of terminal delivery personnel and serious shortage of vehicles due to the emergency deployment such as epidemic.Method:With the help of the characteristics of electric vehicles and containers,a self-discharging mobile distribution device was developed,which was mainly composed of solar electric vehicles and containerized mobile houses,supported by lifting wheels,and equipped with different grids,solar panels installed on the top and batteries installed on the bottom.Result:The self-dumping mobile distribution device can get up and down the transport vehicle by itself,without the cooperation of the crane,and can be self-operated for a short distance,which can ensure the internal temperature of the device,and ensure that the articles are not squeezed.Conclusion:The self-unloading mobile distribution device reduces the difficulty of deployment,greatly reduces the number of transport vehicles purchased,and greatly reduces the overall cost.It can be used as a warehouse to meet more distribution needs.
