摘 要:本研究基于ANSYS软件,针对汽车转向节的拓扑结构优化展开了仿真分析。首先,针对不同的工艺约束,建立了多目标拓扑优化目标函数,通过比较不同拓扑优化结果的区别和优劣势,选取了最优的拓扑优化建模方法。随后,根据拓扑优化结果,建立了工程化结构数模。实验结果表明,在所建立的多目标拓扑优化目标函数下,得到了一种在工艺约束下最优的汽车转向节拓扑结构,并且该结构具有较好的力学性能和稳定性,可为实际工程应用提供参考。Based on ANSYS software,this study carried out simulation analysis for the topology optimization of automotive steering knuckles.Firstly,according to different process constraints,the objective function of multi-objective topology optimization is established,and the optimal topology optimization modeling method is selected by comparing the differences and advantages and disadvantages of different topology optimization results.Subsequently,according to the topology optimization results,the numerical model of the engineered structure was established.The experimental results show that under the established multi-objective topology optimization objective function,an optimal automotive steering knuckle topology under process constraints is obtained,and the structure has good mechanical properties and stability,which can provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
