摘　　要：随着汽车行业的发展,汽车技术日新月异,汽车已经大量普及到每个家庭。汽车在行驶一定里程后就需要维修保养,汽车维修市场需要大量的维修技师。在实际维修中发动机、变速器等汽车大部件出现故障的概率相对较少,主要故障多出现在汽车车身电器相关元件中。中等职业学校是培养维修技师的摇篮,由于师资、教材、教法相较于行业的发展略显滞后,学校教授的知识不能有效和企业实际需求相适应,这就导致学生在应用方面不知所措。为了更好的满足企业的实际需求,中等职业学校就要尽快以企业的实际需求为基础,通过三教改革来满足企业实际需求,基于生产实践的汽车车身电器故障演示教具开发就显得尤为重要。With the development of the automotive industry,automotive technology is changing with each passing day,and cars have been widely popularized in every family.Cars need maintenance after a certain mileage,and the car repair market needs a large number of service technicians.In actual maintenance,the probability of failure of large parts of automobiles such as engines and transmissions is relatively small,and the main faults mostly appear in the related components of automobile body electrical appliances.Secondary vocational schools are the cradle of training maintenance technicians,because the teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods are slightly lagging behind the development of the industry,the knowledge taught in the school cannot effectively adapt to the actual needs of enterprises,which leads to students at a loss in terms of application.In order to better meet the actual needs of enterprises,secondary vocational schools should be based on the actual needs of enterprises as soon as possible,and meet the actual needs of enterprises through the reform of three educations,and the development of automobile body electrical failure demonstration teaching aids based on production practice is particularly important.
