摘　　要：电动两轮车以其价格便宜、操作简单、停车方便、维修保养简便、充电便宜等众多优点深受广大普通民众的青睐。但是随着电动两轮车保有量快速增长,每年涉及电动两轮车的道路交通事故也在快速增加,每年因道路交通事故而致死亡的电动两轮车骑乘人员在整个交通事故死亡人数中占有较大比重,从而造成较大的社会经济财产损失,影响社会稳定、和谐。Electric two-wheelers are favored by the general public because of their cheap price,simple operation,convenient parking,simple maintenance and cheap charging.However,with the rapid growth of electric two-wheeler ownership,road traffic accidents involving electric two-wheelers are also increasing rapidly every year,and the number of electric two-wheeler riders killed by road traffic accidents accounts for a large proportion of the total traffic accident deaths,resulting in greater socio-economic property losses and affecting social stability and harmony.
