摘 要:近年来,微针技术因其独特的打开角质层屏障机制被广泛用于经皮给药研究中。纳米技术因其卓越的溶解度高、药物稳定性高、靶向释药及缓控释等性能,在经皮给药领域也受到了广泛的关注。然而,研究者发现上述2种技术也存在明显的缺陷,如微针技术无法提高难溶性药物的溶解度,而纳米制剂的角质层穿透能力较差,从而限制了这2种技术在透皮给药领域的应用价值。目前已有部分学者尝试将纳米制剂与微针联合应用以改善药物理化性质,并实现药物的靶向递送药物、控制药物释放,以此协同增强药物经皮递送效果,促进药物高效应用。因此,本文将简介部分微针及纳米制剂的透皮优势与不足,并总结纳米制剂联合微针的优势、应用及展望。In recent years,microneedle technology has been widely used in the research of transdermal drug delivery due to its unique mechanism of opening the stratum corneum barrier.Nanotechnology has also received extensive attention in the field of transdermal drug delivery due to its excellent solubility enhancement,high drug stability,targeted drug release,and sustained and controlled release properties.However,the researchers found that both technologies have obvious defects in transdermal drug delivery,such as inability of microneedle technology to improve the solubility of poorly soluble drugs,and poor stratum corneum penetration ability of nano-formulations,which will limit the application of the two technologies in transdermal drug delivery.At present,some scholars have tried to combine nano-formulations with microneedles to improve the physicochemical properties of drugs and achieve targeted drug delivery as well as controlled drug release,synergistically enhancing the effect of drug transdermal delivery and promoting the efficient application of drugs.Therefore,this article will briefly introduce the advantages and disadvantages of some microneedles and nano-formulations,and further summarize the advantages,applications,and prospects of nano-formulations combined with microneedles.
